Closing the first store was one of the hardest chapters in the journey.
This video documents the reality of facing loss and reassessing decisions when a physical space disappears. Without dramatizing the moment, it reflects on what it means to keep going when something you worked toward no longer exists.
At the time, the closure forced difficult questions about sustainability, structure, and what truly holds a business together.
Looking back, this chapter earned trust. It clarified that a business isn’t defined by walls, but by what remains when those walls are gone.
